Menopause Musings

We the Wise

As I sit and ponder my own time of transition (I will be 44 this year), I consider that I am gliding into the phase we call peri-menopause.

I reflect on everything my female centre has provided for me. Everything my female centre has seen and endured.

I slow down. There is no need for fast and furious.

With transition comes great wisdom. I embrace all that is to come.

There are many ways we can embrace our own transition and ease our passage to the next phase -

โค๏ธ To clear the energy of our past encounters and traumas
๐Ÿงก To clear and return to our universal midline
๐Ÿ’› To stand in our truth
๐Ÿ’š To release our long held emotions
๐Ÿ’™ To speak our truth with kindness in our hearts
๐Ÿ’œ To look and see beyond the chaos to what truly is
๐Ÿค To acknowledge and find peace with all that has gone before

In clinic we can -

โค๏ธ Clear congestion and increase fluid dynamic through the pelvis
๐Ÿงก Increase motility through the abdomen
๐Ÿ’› Optimise breathing mechanics via diaphragms and breath
๐Ÿ’š Increase drainage via the thorax and lymphatics
๐Ÿ’™ Regulate the endocrine system
๐Ÿ’œ Improve mobility of the cranial bones
๐Ÿค Clear and stabilise all the major energy centres

This will lead to -

โค๏ธ Greater comfort sexually, less leakage, reduced prolapse
๐Ÿงก Greater natural lubrication, Increased libido
๐Ÿ’› Enhanced digestive and bowel activity, less anxiety
๐Ÿ’š Greater immune function, stable moods
๐Ÿ’™ Temperature regulation, reduced flushes
๐Ÿ’œ Reduced brain fog, improved concentration, more energy
